It was an honour to be invited to Coventry University to give a talk to the third year software engineering students on my experience working in the Web industry with a focus on management techniques.
I decided to focus on the different styles from the five different industries I’ve worked in, drawing on experiences in agencies, local government, internet companies, financial sector and freelance.
It was a great opportunity to reflect on my career over the years, going through the ups and downs of working in different industries and passin on that information for others to digest.
